Important Message from the CEO Louvre Hotels Group
Dear Customers,
In these exceptional times, I would like to personally and openly explain the fundamental measures we are implementing in all our hotels to guarantee your safety, and to inform you of our decision to soften our cancellation and postponement policies.
Your Health Is Our Absolute Priority
Louvre Hotels Group has always placed guest and staff safety at the heart of its priorities. My teams and I are closely monitoring developments in real time and taking immediate action as required. We have already implemented a number of preventive measures from the onset of the outbreak. Furthermore, in addition to effective “barrier gestures”, all Louvre Hotels Group staff have been trained in specific procedures to follow in the event of an exposure incident and strictly enforce the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Government, and the Regional Health Agencies. Hygiene and safety protocols have been adjusted in all our hotels to comply with the new guidelines.
We Offer You Maximum Flexibility
Given the current state of uncertainty, we have also decided to temporarily review our cancellation and postponement policies. For all confirmed reservations in our hotels with check-in dates until May 31st, prepaid-rate bookings (non-cancellable, non-refundable) may exceptionally be cancelled without charge or postponed* to a later date until December 1st, 2020.
The collective and individual security of our guests and staff is our priority, now more than ever, in order to guarantee you a safe and pleasant stay in our hotels. We hope that these measures combined with the national effort to curb the pandemic will help bring the situation back to normal as soon as possible. On behalf of all the brands in our group, our thoughts are with all our customers in France and worldwide through these difficult times.
I also wish to express my most sincere thanks to our staff for their hard work and dedication toward ensuring your security and well-being in our hotels since the beginning of this crisis.
Take care of yourself and your loved ones.
Pierre-Frédéric Roulot
CEO of Louvre Hotels Group
