CAPC - Bordeaux Museum of Contemporary Art
Discover an artistic Bordeaux at CAPC. It is in a former colonial warehouse built in the nineteenth century that, since 1974, you will find the Museum of Contemporary Art of Bordeaux, or CAPC. Not far from the quay Louis-XVIII, on the banks of the Garonne, this architecturally unique building is dedicated to the promotion of contemporary art in Bordeaux. Under its centuries-old vaults, the CAPC permanently exhibits the works of more than 190 Bordeaux artists. Music, painting, architecture: all the graphic arts meet here.
